Mayera + Mischa. Sisters.

'Maybug' and 'Moo' are what these doll-like sisters are nicknamed. We have been documenting these little beauties since birth and it's incredible how much they have grown. Maybug is about to have her first birthday already! She is just learning all about standing and finding balance before taking her first steps. Moo is a total girlie girl, who informed me that she was indeed a princess. I believe her too! She carried around her purse filled with all the necessities for princess survival..... crayons (check), lil' Mermaid figurine (check), princess fruit snacks (double check) and a ruler (check). The ruler surprised me at first but then I quickly remembered that both of her parents are teachers. And besides that, you know how many times I've needed a ruler and didn't have one!? Moo is one smart girlie girl!

It's not very often that I get to be the photographers assistant. My talented photographer John took this session and documented all the fun loving and sweet natures of these lil dolls.... all the while, I was his back up.
